By submitting your phone number through any of our forms or funnels, you agree to receive SMS text messages from WizGems / Smartsite Solutions. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, share, or distribute your SMS opt-in data or phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Service fees are billed monthly or as otherwise agreed. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, and content produced by WizGems remain the intellectual property of WizGems unless explicitly transferred in writing. You retain ownership of your own business data and content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." We make no guarantees of specific results, lead volume, or revenue outcomes. Marketing results vary by business, market, and execution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizGems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
